Thank you for choosing the Miss Gay New York America Pageant.

Before moving forward with your application, please be sure to read the following rules and regulations set forth by the Miss Gay America system.

Contestant Application

Violation(s) of any rules and regulations may disqualify the contestant from participation in the Official Miss Gay America Pageant.

The use of, dispensing of, or selling of any illicit drug will not be tolerated while a contestant (or entertainer) is participating in any capacity in the Miss Gay America Pageant system. Immediate disqualification will result for those found to be in violation. This would include anyone associated with the contestant (dresser, dancer, etc…).

You are competing to represent a symbol of excellence. You should portray that by being respectful to everyone.

a. Avoid public rants.

b. Avoid on-line bullying.

c. Do not purposefully cause un-necessary drama.

We do not police social media, but we expect you to be a professional. Be mindful of your posts or pictures you are posted in (mostly when in your crown and representing the title)

Beauty It's Everywhere reserves the right to review the actions of any and all l titleholders and first alternates.

If actions are found to be detrimental or harming to the Miss Gay New York America Pageant system, sanctions may be applied.

Any titleholder or first alternate of any level will be required to pay back all prize  money and return any physical prizes to the promoter or national office if a title is  revoked.

Reasons for revocation include but are not limited to:

a. Using or dispensing illegal drugs.

b. Are intoxicated while representing their respective title.

c. Is tardy or absent from officially sanctioned pageant events.

d. If, after having competed is not present for coronation and photos after a  preliminary.

I agree I have read and understood the above rules and will read the Miss Gay America handbook prior to competing.

PRIVACY MATTERS: (NAMES AND/OR NUMBER OF CONTESTANTS WILL NOT BE REVEALED TO THE PUBLIC BY ANY PARTY OF MISS GAY AMERICA, MISS GAY NEW YORK AMERICA, ITS PROMOTERS OR TITLE HOLDERS UNTIL AFTER COMPETITIVE PERSONAL INTERVIEW HAS BEEN COMPLETED. ALL CONTESTANTS MAY USE THEIR OWN DISCRETION PRIOR TO COMPETITION IF THEY SO CHOOSE TO ADVERTISE THEIR OWN INVOLVEMENT BUT NOT OF ANYONE ELSE. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS ORDER MAY LEAD TO REVOCATION OF APPLICATION AT THE PROMOTERS DISCRETION.

 

CONTESTANT ENTRY FORM FOLLOWUP.  We understand that the contents of your contestant information may change and may be changed after the application is submitted. Please contact Rene Bionat to properly update your application materials no later than 14 DAYS prior to the event so the pageant hosts announce all accurate information during production.

Publicity and Promotion. By virtue of participation in MISS GAY NEW YORK AMERICA Presented by Beauty It's Everywhere, participant agrees to allow Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine, the right to use her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Participant understands that her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to the Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine (e.g., t-shirts, tote bags, hats, other apparel, mouse pads, and other promotional materials.) Participant agrees to release Beauty It's Everywhere, Art & Beauty Magazine from liability for any injury resulting from publicity and promotion. Participant agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and /or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion. Photography & Videography: Cameras or videography will not be allowed during the event. Individuals who fail to comply with this rule will be asked to leave the venue without benefit of refund for admission ticket. Professional photography and videography will be made available by the the official Photographer and Videographer. Limitation of Liability / Responsibility a.) Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine., its officers, directors, agents and employees are not liable to participant for anything whatsoever in connection with this event. b.) Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of event sponsors, agencies, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to participant at the event.  c.) Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host hotel or venue. d.) Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening / resolving disputes surrounding travel to the host location for the event. AGREEMENT.  By submitting the form and fee  to Beauty...it's Everywhere/Art & Beauty Magazine leading to MISS GAY NEW YORK AMERICA  Presented by Beauty It's Everywhere participant is aware that there are no refunds and all sales are finals. Participant agrees to abide by all policies set forth by Beauty It's Everywhere.  Participant attests that all information submitted to , is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of MISS GAY NEW YORK AMERICA  Presented by Beauty It's Everywhere, may result in immediate removal from event without benefit of refund.
